SHARPE LINE 1-Year Warranty
All SHARPE LINE hair styling tools are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that occur under normal, intended use of the product within 12 months from the date of purchase.
If a fault arises during the warranty period and is confirmed by our team, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
- A replacement unit, or
- A full refund, if a replacement is not available
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Accidental damage, drops, or water exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Issues resulting from failure to follow care or usage instructions
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has developed a fault within the warranty period:
- Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible
- Provide your order details, along with photos, videos, or a clear description of the issue
- Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps
If the product needs to be returned for inspection, return postage will be covered by SHARPE LINE for approved warranty claims.

- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
