We want you to be fully satisfied with your SHARPE LINE purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item within the 30-day return window only if:
- The product is unused and remains in its original condition.
- It is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and security seals intact.
Please note that items which were opened, show signs of use, damage, or missing components cannot be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If your purchase was made directly through the official SHARPE LINE website, simply contact us to initiate a return. We will provide instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
SHARPE LINE does not cover the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A £4.99 postage and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Return an Item

Faulty Products

- A full refund

Order Cancellations

2. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the unopened item in accordance with our Returns Policy once it has been delivered.
